Cédric Gosse

I’m 40 years old and Vice President of the French Federation of triathlon and President of the PIF triathlon. Career-wise, I work as a sports teacher at a high school in Paris.

I played football for many years, and was doing athletics when I first discovered the triathlon in the early 1990s – it was the start of something special for me! After competing in a number of triathlons, I quickly became a trainer and then a manager of a triathlon team.

I was attracted to the freedom and the opportunity to experience the rich diversity of the great outdoors. Through taking on these roles of responsibility, I have enjoyed lots of fun times with wonderful people, and have been part of some great adventures.

I am proud to be involved in this innovative project, which once again shows just how different the triathlon is from other sporting events, and which helps bring together people from different countries.
