I'm Keith Hatter, CEO of a performance systems company - I'm 48, married with two kids and two dogs.

Together with the rest of the team we help people, teams and businesses be the best version of themselves by learning from elite athletes and their coaches - how they think, what they do and the choices they make - so you can imagine how excited I am about being a judge!
In my spare time I'm an Ironman triathlete - and being a normal person and not an elite athlete I know what it takes to get to the start line when there are so many other things to do. The Eurostar triathlon is an amazing event to be part of - the chance to represent your country in a unique race in the lead up to London 2012 is fantastic - and I'm a bit jealous that I can't join the rest of you athletes!
